Hometown memories recall Capron’s past

When people come into the museum and want to know about what a town used to be like or what was there, there are many places one can look for the answers. However, some of the best information can be found in the memories of those who lived there. The following is Mildred Stimes’ account of her hometown, Capron.

This week marks the beginning of my sixth year of writing this column. It is hard to believe that I have been doing this job for five years. I look back at some of my old columns, and I am very grateful for all the people who have contributed by sharing their recipes. I have something old, something borrowed, and something really tasty this week.
