BELVIDERE - The Buc Booster Club will host the first ever Bags For Bucs Aug. 21 at the VFW hall, 1310 West Lincoln Ave.
The event will feature a bags tournament for ages 21 and over. The tournament will consist of 32, two-person teams. Check in for the tournament is at 4 p.m. The tournament will begin at 4:30 p.m.
The $30 entry per person includes a pig roast dinner that will be served 6 to 8 p.m. The entry fee also includes a chance to win a $500 door prize. There also will be other cash prizes and a silent auction.
The fee for those only wanting to attend the dinner is $15.
